Terms of Service

1. Service Description

LEAPERone is an AI API gateway that provides unified access to AI models, media generation, audio, social data, address services, and related developer tools.

2. Account Registration

• You must use a supported sign-in method to create an account.
• You are responsible for protecting account credentials and API keys.
• Each individual or legal entity may register only one account unless we approve otherwise.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Billing and Payment

• LEAPERone uses usage-based billing. Prices and account credits are denominated in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Available payment methods and minimum top-up amounts are shown in the Dashboard.
• API usage is deducted from your balance based on actual usage.
• Promotional credits may expire and may be consumed before purchased credits.
• Requests may be rejected when your balance is insufficient.
• Current rates are published on the Pricing page and may change with prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. If a platform billing error or service incident causes an incorrect charge, contact support for review and possible correction or compensation.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal content or activity.
• Do not use the API for fraud, spam, abuse, or malicious automation.
• Do not bypass rate limits, billing, authentication, or security controls.
• Do not attack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not resell or share access without authorization.
• You must also follow applicable upstream provider policies.

6. Intellectual Property

LEAPERone trademarks, interface design, and technical implementation remain our property. Rights to generated content may also be governed by upstream provider terms. You retain rights to content you submit, subject to applicable law.

7. Service Availability

We work to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upgrades, provider incidents, network failures, and force majeure may cause interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEAPERone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid during the preceding 12 months.

9. Account Termination

• You may request account closure at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or abuse.
• Unused credits are handled according to the refund policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through email or product notices. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation and may then be submitted to a competent court.
